Collaboration
All products listed on the Platform are enabled for Collaborations. Buyers can launch Collaborations with Makers/Designers or launch Collaborations around a Product or Service. The Customer Support for Collaborations varies as per the membership level.

Assisted Sales
Assisted sales is a powerful tool to grow your business by providing your Buyers with a seamless Buying experience. Under Assisted Sales program, every order is personally overseen by a Merchandiser from beginning to end. Under the Assisted Sales plan the Buyer is able to regular updates on the progress of the ongoing Order/ Project and has a fixed point of contact.
Payment Gateway
DirectCreate Platform has a fully integrated payment gateway that provides Buyers with seamless checkout experience. Customers can pay using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Transfer and Mobile Wallets.All payments are received in DirectCreate account and then transferred to the Maker/Designer accounts as per the Order and Membership terms. DirectCreate also has tie up with Banks for managing International Transfers and Payments. DirectCreate can also manage complete financial documentation for Export / Import Orders - to and from India.
